Customer satisfaction is our number one priority: If you receive a defective product we will replace it to the best of our ability depending upon supply. Before submitting any defective discs check for firmware updates for your specific player if available. If we cannot provide a replacement right away we will refund you your moneys minus any and all shipping & handling charges.
Otherwise, returns are acceptable within 7 days of receiving purchase. Must still be in the same condition they were when shipped--If in a manufacturer sealed package, must be returned in same packaging. We will not refund for products that have been opened and are in working condition. Only purchase price will be refunded. Buyer is liable for the shipping and any return shipping fees. Must make arrangements for returns via email. Moneys will be refunded after item has been received in hand.
